Attivo come writer dal 1988 al 2009, è stato prima arrestato per i suoi graffiti sui treni e poi nuovamente condannato a 2 anni di reclusione. Dopo la prigione, Oker è tornato al suo lavoro, orientando la sua arte verso un percorso diverso, principalmente producendo stampe, dipingendo grandi opere e sperimentando molti media diversi, dalle sculture in legno, all’acrilico e smalto su tela, ma rimanendo sempre fedele alle sue origini radicate nella cultura dei graffiti.
